When caring for a loved one, it’s all too common to de-prioritize self-care — but we’re here to help you. Knowledgeable representatives from Qualicare will deliver a presentation focused on practical strategies to prevent caregiver burnout. The session will explore tools, insights, and approaches to support well-being while balancing the demands of caregiving.

Refreshments will be served.

Black History Month: Stories on Screen

February is Black History Month — a powerful reminder of the resilience, achievements, and contributions of Black individuals throughout history. Join us this month for a special movie matinee: Hidden Figures is an inspiring true story highlighting the brilliance and determination of three Black female mathematicians whose work at NASA helped launch astronaut John Glenn into orbit.
